About SmartPalate Direct
SmartPalate Direct sells fresh Gulf seafood sourced on the Louisiana Gulf Coast. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Prices and availability reflect live catch and can change. Some items are fixed-price and available to buy directly; others are market-price or special-order and are fulfilled through a quote you approve before payment.
We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or cannot be shipped safely to your destination.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize us to charge the total shown before payment, including product, shipping, and any applicable tax.
Acceptable use & liability
You agree not to misuse the site. To the extent permitted by law, SmartPalate's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
